DAY 1 : Nairobi - Sirimon
Depart Nairobi at 8am to Mt.Kenya national park gate, taking about 4 hrs drive. We have lunch inside the park at 1pm. Trekking begins after lunch to old Moses taking app 3.5 to 4hrs depending on your pace. Dinner and rest old Moses (3300m).

DAY 2 : Old Moses – Shiptons
Morning breakfast at 7am. Then leave camp at 8am. You’ll hike up to Mackinder’s Valley through the Moorland. Lunch will be served along the trek. Approx trekking time: 7 hours. Depending on your pace. Overnight at Shiptons camp

DAY 3: Shiptons – Summit – Old Moses camp
Early morning wakeup call at 2;30am. You’ll have some tea and snacks then head to point Lenana (4,985M) by dawn to catch early sunrise. The trek is approx 3 hours but is a hard long slog. The sunrise at the summit is beautiful and you’ll get amazing photos from up there. We’ll then descend down to SHIPTONS camp for breakfast, approx trek time 1.5hrs to 2hrs, Then trek down further to OLDMOSES CAMP. You’ll have picnic lunch enroute. Dinner and rest at Old Moses camp

DAY 4: Old Moses to Sirimon gate
Breakfast served at 7.30am then you descend down further to the Sirimon gate for your exit after a successful summit. Approx trek time is 2hours. You’ll then be transferred by road back to Nairobi.
