10 Days Kenya Safari: Samburu, Olpejeta, Lake Naivasha & Masai Mara

Airport pickup and drop off at your Nairobi hotel where you’ll check in and relax in readiness for your safari. Overnight at the hotel. Meal plan: BB

You’ll be picked up from the hotel at 7am by our driver/guide and drive to Samburu Game reserve towards the North of Kenya. You’ll be expected to get to Samburu in time for lunch. Lunch will be at the Ashnil camp Samburu. Afternoon will be at leisure as you take in the sights and scenes of Samburu. Evening gamedrive from 1545hrs till dusk. You’ll get to see Samburu’s wildlife which is unique to this area and not found in most other parks eg the Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe and the Beisa Orynx. Your Dinner and Overnight will be back at the Ashnil camp Samburu. Meal plan: FB

You’ll have a full day in Samburu with gamedrives(Morning and evening), you’ll also get to relax and you can also visit a Samburu cultural village to see the people’s way of life and enjoy some traditional dances as well. Lunch, Dinner and Overnight will be at the Ashnil camp. Meal plan: FB

Breakfast will be at the Ashnil camp then departure for Olpejeta with a game drive enroute. You’ll arrive at the Serena Sweetwaters tented camp(Olpejeta) in time for lunch. Have lunch and relax then have an evening gamedrive at 1530hrs at the amazing Olpejeta conservancy. Dinner and Overnight at the Serena Sweetwaters camp. Meal plan: FB

On a clear day, you’re woken up by beautiful views of Mt.Kenya in the Morning with its snowcapped peaks peeking majestically and seen perfectly from the Olepejeta conservancy. You’ll have breakfast at the Sweetwaters tented camp and then depart for Lake Naivasha. Lunch will be at the Naivasha Sopa lodge. Afternoon at leisure, then evening boat ride at Lake Naivasha which is an amazing Rift valley lake teeming with birdlife and hippos. Dinner and Overnight will be back at the Naivasha Sopa lodge. Breakfast at the lodge, then you can opt for the various activities that Naivasha has to offer. You can go for an amazing nature walk among wildlife at the Crescent Island wildlife sanctuary, or go for an adventure filled day exploring the nearby Hells gate National park. At Hells gate, you can walk inside the gorges Or cycle through the park. Meals will be back at the Naivasha Sopa lodge. Meal plan FB

Breakfast at the Sopa lodge, then departure for the World famous Masai Mara. Lunch will be in the Mara, then an evening gamedrive from 1545hrs until dusk. Dinner and Overnight will be at the Mara Serena lodge. Meal plan FB

Breakfast at the lodge, then a full day game drive in the Masai mara. There is plenty of wildlife in the Masai Mara so a full day in the Mara is a brilliant way to spot as much wildlife as possible. Lunch will be picnic lunch in the wild. Your Dinner and Overnight will be back at the Mara Serena lodge. Meal plan FB

Breakfast at the Serena lodge, then departure for Nairobi with a game drive enroute. Expected back to Nairobi by early evening. You’ll be dropped back at your Nairobi hotel

Breakfast at the hotel, then a full day in Nairobi sampling what the city has to offer. Your activities for the day depend on what time your Departure flight will be. Things to do in Nairobi include: Visit the Sheldricks Elephant sanctuary, Visit the Nairobi museum and snake park, Go shopping for souvenirs, Visit the giraffe center and Go on a city tour in Nairobi city center. You will then be taken to the airport after a fantastic time in Magical Kenya! End of safari
