Day 1: Nairobi- Ol pejeta

Pre-morning game drive and after breakfast and drive to Ol-pejeta conservancy for an afternoon drive.

Ol-pejeta conservancy is one the popular safari destinations in Kenya due to its proximity to Nairobi [Kenya capital city], easy reach and the fact that it hosts the big five [Rhinos in great numbers. Lion, elephant, leopard and buffalo].  Similarly it’s the only place in Kenya where one can see chimpanzees, the chimpanzees Sanctuary was founded is a rescue home to the orphaned and abandoned chimpanzees. Overnight stay at Serena Sweetwater’s tented camp.

Day 2: Ol pejeta to Lake Nakuru

Depart viewing game as you drive to the main gate and proceed via the scenic Great Rift Valley with a brief stop at Thompsons falls. We arrive at Lake Nakuru national park in good time for lunch.  Afternoon game drive is taken. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru sopa Lodge or Flamingo Hill Camp.

Lake Nakuru is among Kenya’s finest parks flanked by rocky escarpment, but offering easy viewing of most wildlife such as warthogs, baboons, impalas, endangered black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffe, Waterbuck, lion and occasionally leopard. Birdlife is also abundant, most notably pelicans, kingfisher, herons, eagles, storks etc. There is also few quantity of flamingos.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

We depart in the morning viewing breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley as we drive south to Maasai Mara. Picnic lunch at Narok and proceed to your lodge/tented camp for check, followed by a late afternoon game drive at the Mara reserve. Dinner and overnight at a lodge or tented camp

Day 4& 5: Masai Mara National Reserve 
Full day spent discovering the park in search of the Big 5. Dinner and overnight at a lodge or luxury tented camp.

It is famous for its exceptional population of lions, leopards and cheetahs, and the annual migration of zebra, Thomson’s gazelle, and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti every year from July to October, known as the Great Migration
All members of the “Big Five” (lion, leopard, African elephant, African buffalo, and Black Rhinoceros) are found in the Masai Mara National Reserve, over 450 recorded bird species in Masai Mara.

Optional Masai village visit and Hot air balloon safaris are readily available.

Day 6: Masai Mara- Loita
Depart Masai Mara after breakfast to Loita hills for guided nature walks, Masai Cultural briefing with fire making presentation “Maasai style” included as well is free use of a quality, 24 speed mountain bikes with front suspension. Followed by winding down the day with camp fire stories. Overnight at an eco-camp; Igloo-type tents (furnished with mattresses, pillows, beddings and towels) All tents are secluded with private relaxing spot and a view. Bathroom facilities are shared.

Day 7. Loita –Lake Naivasha

After breakfast and before departure, Maasai Warrior training; measuring skills in Sasol stick fighting, spear throwing and archery will be organized. Later proceeding to Lake Naivasha. Dinner overnight at a lodge or luxury tented camp.

Late afternoon spent on optional activities. Lake Naivasha is one of the Kenya’s fresh Rift valley lakes, which offers numerous out of vehicle active & less active activities, which are ideal for all travelers and ages. The main attractions being hells gate national park, boat rides, Crescent Island, Mount Longonot climb, flower farms visits among others.

Day 8: Naivasha-Amboseli
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive south to Amboseli National Park, arriving at the lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon two hours game drive then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 9 Amboseli
Day spent game viewing through morning and afternoon game drives. Other animals that you may spot include giraffes, leopard, porcupine, hyrax, zebra, lion, among others and abundant bird species.

Optional village visit.

Day 10: Amboseli to Nairobi
Early morning game drive before returning to Nairobi.
