Day 1: Arusha- Lake Manyara Park – Karatu
Pick up from your hotel in Arusha and depart for Lake Manyara National Park for a gamedrive. Late afternoon drive to Karatu for overnight at Karatu country lodge
Day 2: Karatu-Ngorongoro crater- Serengeti
We drive to Ngorongoro conservation and descend into the Crater for a morning crater tour as we have a greater chance of seeing wildlife at this early hour. All the Big five Rhino Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Elephant live in this wonderful caldera, others are Zebra, Hippo, Wildebeest, Hyena and more…and lots of Birds. After lunch, drive to Serengeti national park viewing game enroute to Serengeti Kati Kati tented camp or Serengeti tortilis camp
Day 3 & 4: Serengeti National park
Days spent game viewing through morning and afternoon gamedrives. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Kati Kati tented camp or Serengeti tortilis camp
Optional balloon ride.
Day 5: Serengeti – Ndutu area
After an early breakfast you depart viewing game enroute as exit the park gate to Ndutu area located in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the southern Serengeti ecosystem, a great spot during wildebeest calving season. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Ndutu safari lodge.
Day 6: Ndutu – Eyasi
Morning game drive around Ndutu Area, later proceed to Eyasi. Diner and overnight Tindiga tented camp.
Day 7: Eyasi -Tarangire
Early morning visits the Bushmen around Lake Eyasi area [hadzabe (also known as the Tindiga Tribe). Accompanied by local guide from the area. The bushmen of Lake Eyasi are the only hunter-gatherers who remain in East Africa. Later in the day drive Tarangire Sopa lodge or Tarangire safari lodge.
Day 8: Tarangire – Arusha
After breakfast explore Tarangire national park through a morning game drive, after lunch relocate to Arusha town for drop off. End of services.
